Specialty Cleaning Services uses a sensible approach-pricing format, Market Adjusted Pricing (MAP). This results in lower prices for the restoration of electronics. MAP is accomplished through a combination of internal processing efficiencies and processing volume, which subsequently is applied to individual line items. MAP adjusts line items from the current published estimating software’s price schedule and is listed as credit directly below the applicable item. The total savings for each estimate is calculated and listed on the top of the first page of the estimate provided to the insurance carrier.
